Shipping and Returns

ALL ORDERS

ASKARI ships via UPS Ground. Customers can choose to expedite their shipment with either 1 or 2-Day Shipping. Additional fees will be notated on the checkout depending on the service chosen. Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped. ASKARI is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.

Please allow up to 48 hours to process a shipment. Signature is required at time of delivery.

Occasionally our products demand will exceed our supply and items will have to be backordered. We will not charge your credit card until the item is available for shipping.

Please note all SALE items are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

ASKARI is presently only available for shipping in the United States and its territories. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories will incur an additional $10 shipping charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We hope that you will love our clothing as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace or full refund your purchase.

Please Note:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Items purchased from ASKARI are eligible for a full refund if returned within  10 days of receipt of your purchase.       Inbound freight charges to ASKARI are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit
